Corplex was appointed by Arrigo D’Angelo Superannuation Fund No 3 to undertake the refurbishment of their industrial property situated along the busy Hume Hwy in Craigieburn.
The scope of works required Corplex to complete an internal and external refurbishment of the exisiting office and warehouse that would ensure sustainable improvements to the building, including:
The demolition of existing offices in the warehouse
The demolition of external spray booth
New 180mm thick concrete hardstand
The addition a of new 1733m2 canopy to the existing loading bay
New 100mm diameter sewer for future connection to sewer main
The refurbishment took two months to complete. The works allowing greater efficiency and capacity for the current tenant, and for the landlord the additional works have added value and versatility to the building.
