Breaking Ground – Logis Connect
Corplex celebrated the commencement of our latest project, Logis Connect, with Pomeroy Pacific and McLaren Developments last week in a Breaking Ground Ceremony on site. We had a great turn out of people to kick off the project including key stake holders, business partners and the mayor of Greater Dandenong, Councillor Roz Blades, who spoke about the project and the positive opportunities it brings to the community.
Logis Connect will be a 61 lot mixed use subdivision consisting of a United Petroleum service station, 18 industrial warehouses and two 4 level commercial building. The commercial buildings are mixed use, office, medical, gym, supermarket and various retail and food tenancies.
Corplex are excited to be working with Pomeroy Pacific and McLaren Developments again on this development and look forward to bringing this project to fruition.
